We have been developing our own project management software for the last 2.5 years. Our own project management software that allows each project to run smoothly with easy communications. It manages all holiday requests as well as managing daily task. It has many cool features like setting reminders to tasks on given dates, sending email notification of all the tasks progresses. It can store all project documents as well as keep tabs on all the completed jobs with all the time e stamps for all the stages. Recent developments now also allow all marketing tasks and all the designs to be stored for the relevant month and year, which then make it easy to go back to any given date to find any artwork or design to be used again. This can manage many different marketing projects in one place. It has overall project management to make it easy to see all the projects and make notes on them. One of the best features of this is that we give our customers access to their projects where they can keep an eye on all the tasks but most importantly report or add more tasks to the project. When a task has been added by our customer all the relevant people will be notified.
